(Assignments in excess of 4 hours {including drive time, scheduling and appointment} will be charged at $30 an hour in one hour increments. Writing, presenting and negotiating offers not included in this package and may be agreed to with agent in addition to this rate. Allow as much advance notice as possible for best chances of accommodation. Subject to agent availability and agreement to assignment.)
Services provided:
- You retain your client and receive licensed real estate salesperson assistance for:
- Your vacation or unavailability
- Your conflicting appointments or emergencies
- Scheduling showings with your sellers
- Taking sign calls on your listings
- Showing property to your buyers
- Open house hosting
- Flyer box fill (not including printing)
- Lockbox placement on the property
- Provide access to property for inspector, contractor, repair service, etc.
- Sign rider placement or removal
- Pop by or closing gift delivery
- Attend closing on your behalf
