Val has been a licensed real estate agent since 2005. Her first seven years in the industry were spent in the Magic Valley working with developers in subdivision marketing and lot sales, representing builders and specializing in new construction. Val's background in public relations, human resources and business management propelled her as she recruited agents for her affiliated brokerage and assisted in their expansion to open an office in a new market center in her hometown.
Val made her way to the Treasure Valley and began Leverage Real Estate Services in 2014 with the vision to offer solutions and connect agents to resources to help them leverage their time and grow successful businesses. Utilizing her strengths of building efficient systems, growing rock star teams and contract compliance is of great reward to her. The synergistic energy of determined entrepreneurs like you fuels her passion for this business. Kennedy has been a part of our team as a transaction coordinator since 2021.. She is a Boise native but currently resides in Clarksville, Tennessee with her newlywed husband, Justin, and plans on returning home to Boise after their military commitment is fulfilled.
Kennedy attended Boise State University and majored in Social Work. She previously worked at the Boise Rescue Mission and volunteered at the Interfaith Homeless shelter. She loves being of service to her community.
In her free time, Kennedy enjoys reading just about any book, as well as being outdoors where she particpates in skiing, disc golfing, and running.

Hailey started with our team in 2014. Her standard of excellence has been invaluable in our growth and our agent's growth. Alicia worked as an administrative assistant for a home inspector before joining our team in 2014 as a transaction coordinator. Alicia obtained her real estate license in 2016 and now assists our team with showing assistance and projects that require a licensed real estate agent. She has volunteered to fill the role of the Form Simplicity educator for her past brokerage, along with managing a successful brokerage's trust account.
She grew up in Rupert, Idaho, and has lived all over our beautiful state. She lived in Pocatello while attending Idaho State University, and has followed her military husband to Boise, Coeur d’Alene, and currently resides in Kuna.
Alicia has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources. Alicia is a mother of four wonderful children. She is an avid reader and also enjoys spending her free time gardening and scuba diving.

Sasha is an Idaho native with a passion for nature and making new connections. She has spent a lot of her time living in and exploring the great Treasure Valley area, from finding great hiking hills to little “hole in the wall” restaurants.
Sasha has spent many years in the service industry and she doesn’t shy away from hard work. Sasha has always had an interest in real estate and finally made the decision to jump into the field and has been a licensed real estate agent since 2020.

Hannah as been a part of our team since 2020, assisting with our marketing services. She is also a lifty manager at Bogus Basin and works on the summer mountail bike trail crew.
She is an extermely talented artist in many facets. She has her own Etsy store where she sells beautiful prints from the custom lino stamps she hand carves.

Angel has been in the real estate industry since 2015 and has extensitve knowledge and expertise in auditing real estate transaction documents for compliance. She has served on our team since 2021 doing just that and assisting brokerages with being ready for IREC audits.
