(You must have MLS authorization to input and maintain your listings, granted by attending MLS Input and Maintenance class and broker approval, or your broker can authorize us to assume their identity to enter on your behalf. See our Property Promotion package if you would like additional marketing services, Compliance for Commission package if you would like document upload services and Listing Launch packages if you would like additional listing services.)

$75 if we complete the IMLS Data input form for you
$55 if hand written copy provided or if IMLS Data input completed in Forms Simplicity and manual entry required
$30 if IMLS Data input with all asterisked fields completed in Instanet (additional $25 if asterisked fields not completed)
$10 for changes per occurrence if we did not input your listing

Services include:

Input data in MLS and activate listing
Attach completed disclosures and any additional information provided (CC&Rs, plat maps, floor plans, features) to MLS associated documents
Photo selection and upload to MLS
Entry of open houses in MLS (if any)

For order completion, please provide the following information:
-Property address
-Photos (share Dropbox or email attachments, otherwise we will obtain from MLS)
-Attachments provided (CC&Rs, plat maps, floor plans, features)
-Open house dates and times (if any)
-Partial listing PDF will be sent to you for review and approval

Complete and submit our Profile and Preferences Form
We will send you an Assume Identity authorization that the MLS requires to allow us to enter listings on your behalf
