$140 if we complete the IMLS Data input form for you
$120 if hand written copy provided or if IMLS Data input completed in Forms Simplicity and manual entry required

Services include:
- Input data in MLS and activate listing
- Attach completed disclosures and any additional information provided (CC&Rs, plat maps, floor plans, features) to MLS associated documents
- Photo selection and upload to MLS
- Entry of open houses in MLS (if any)
- Sharing virtual tour (if provided) or photos to Facebook real estate pages and Craigslist postings
- Flyer creation (From our templates, printing to be completed by agent. Additional rates will apply for double sided or custom flyers.)
For order completion, please provide the following information:
-Property address
-Photos (share Dropbox or email attachments, otherwise we will obtain from MLS)
-Attachments provided (CC&Rs, plat maps, floor plans, features)
-Open house dates and times (if any)
-Flyer template preference (or default flyer A)
-Partial listing PDF will be sent to you for review and approval
